Packaging in the safest, most ecologically favourable packaging we have been able to find, is included in the cost to you of our products. This means envelopes padded with recycled paper, robust cardboard tubes, protective acid-free tissue, and biodegradable sugar cane mailing bags from a sustainable source.

In the unlikely event that you feel the need to return or exchange a purchase, please package it safely and post it to us at:

Please tell us before you despatch it that you are sending it back, and make sure you get a proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for goods in transit.
We can only accept items returned in saleable condition, and within 14 days of purchase, but we will of course do all we can to make sure you’re happy with us and your goods.
Wholesale
In common with most other merchants, we do not offer wholesale refunds unless the goods we sell are proven to have been faulty when they left us. Which we make every effort to ensure they are not. Everything is quality inspected before it goes and anything we consider sub-standard is removed and replaced.
