These Terms & Conditions (T&C) will apply to all online transactions placed with Lochs & Fens Ltd: please read carefully before placing any order. By using this site, you are agreeing to these T&C.

LEGAL IDENTITY

DESIGN, COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Lochs & Fens Ltd uses Isobel Irvine’s original artwork of personally important designs based on the life she and her family live in Lincolnshire and Argyll. All these are protected by the full range of rights, which are owned by Lochs & Fens Ltd. As is the company logo (including font, size and colour) and all elements of design pertaining to the company.

ORDERS

We accept online order transactions via secure server using a debit or credit card via Stripe and Paypal, subject to the online checks card issuers may make. Payment is due within five working days of receipt of our invoice, for both retail and wholesale customers. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

Orders will be despatched once payment is received.

PRODUCTS, PRICES AND CONTENT

We make every effort to ensure that the pictures you see are an accurate representation of the product we sell but, due to technical limitations, some colours may vary slightly.

We check our product descriptions and specifications minutely and are confident that they describe our products accurately but we cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions.

We reserve the right to alter specifications and prices as necessary. We will keep our website updated accordingly.
