STANDING BY, RUNNING HARD

Well, stand still around here at the moment and you’re likely to be wrapped and posted off – things are moving fast and we’re panting to keep up.  I love that you love what we do, and that you’re onto our innovations straight away: our new Hot Water Bottles and Throws are going down a storm!  You have excellent taste, ladies and gentlemen.  We’re also busy getting ready for our first venture up country for a while: Living North are holding their Christmas jamboree and we’re prepping for that.  Lists and packing are the order of the day and the very BEST bit is that we are staying with the wonderful GMC (God Mother Claire) for the duration.  I anticipate late nights and consequently late arrivals at Gosforth Park, Newcastle as we put the world to rights every evening – it’s probably a very good thing that I don’t drink.  So if you’re anywhere near there from 23-26 October, do come and see us.  It’s never too early to start your Christmas shopping, and there will be stands galore with entertainment thrown in.  I’ve got a slipped disc at the moment, so come and laugh at me as I stand bent double, trying to look you in the eye rather than at the tips of your shoes.  Come and feel the fabric, smell the smellies, melt at the divine Bats and fall hopelessly in love with the Pumpkin Mice – there really is something for everyone at Lochs & Fens.
