In a genuine attempt to harm what we love as little as possible, we have decided to use Royal Mail as our means of distribution, cutting out the chap criss-crossing the country on single-item deliveries. Individual postage costs may vary according to weight and size of the parcel we send, but as a rough guide, here are Royal Mail’s prices:

Packaging in the safest, most ecologically favourable packaging we have been able to find, is included in the cost to you of our products. This means envelopes padded with recycled paper, robust cardboard tubes, protective acid-free tissue, and biodegradable sugar cane mailing bags from a sustainable source.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In the unlikely event that you feel the need to return or exchange a purchase, please package it safely and post it to us at:

Please tell us before you despatch it that you are sending it back, and make sure you get a proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for goods in transit.
We can only accept items returned in saleable condition, and within 14 days of purchase, but we will of course do all we can to make sure you’re happy with us and your goods.
