MICHAEL BAUBLE...

MICHAEL BAUBLE...

Another day, another two firsts: we’re at Sandringham Christmas Fair this weekend; and the glorious new baubles, which are going like hot cakes.  Christmas music in the background (thank you Michael), cold enough to feel seasonal, full enough for atmosphere but not horribly packed – we’re loving it.  And without sounding slushy, the lights twinkling off the decorations for some reason seem especially gorgeous this year.   The Misteltoe seems to be your favourite (my personal vote was for the Glittery Gold Leaves) but whichever, the fine glass sparkles wonderfully and just gladdens the heart.  They may be new to us this year but they take me right back to most of my last 58 Christmases and especially those at L&F HQ where, of course, we’ve started our own traditions.  Two trees, one in red and gold the other gold and silver – surely, the best time of the year.
